When you shop at us you will first receive an order confirmation, which means your order has gone through.
After that we pack your order and it is not until you have received a delivery confirmation that your order has been approved.
We will not ship orders to persons under the age of 18. We make reservations for misprints and price adjustments
and reserve the right for other possible price errors after the order has been placed.

PAYMENT METHOD

We work with Klarna Checkout and our payment methods are Klarna Invoice, Klarna Account, card payment and direct payment, Pay Pal.

Swedish customers:

After you have clicked Complete purchase your payment method will automatically be Klarna invoice for sweden customers and for foreigner customers Pay Pal. 
After that, you can select if you wish to change payment method or if you want a paper invoice instead
of an email invoice.

Customers outside Sweden:
After you have clicked Complete purchase your payment method will automatically be Pay Pal.

SHIPPING

The minimum amount to make an order is SEK 300 including a shipping fee.

Nordic customers inside EU:
We have free shipping for orders over SEK 1500 and for orders under SEK 1500 there is a shipping fee of SEK 39.

Customers outside the Nordic region:
The shipping fee is 150 SEK for all orders.
We do not ship outside EU.

DELIVERY

We will ship your parcel with Svenska Posten AB and you will receive an SMS/notification to pick up your parcel
at the nearest delivery location. Delivery time is normally 1-2 days (Nordic customers).
For customers outside the Nordic region the delivery time is a few more days, depending on where you live.
If you have not given a phonenumber or if it is not accurate you will receive an email/notification instead.

Only the person whose name is on the order can pick up your parcel. If you send someone else to pick up your
parcel that person must have their own I.D as well as your I.D with them. Make sure that you pick up your parcel within
10 days from when you receive the SMS/notification or email/notification. 

Unclaimed parcels are not included in the right of withdrawal according to the long distance and home sales law.
For parcels that have not been claimed, a fee of SEK 200 will be invoiced to you.
This equals how much it cost us to send you the parcel and receive its return. 

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
We only ship to countries inside the EU ex. Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We do not ship to countries outside the EU ex. Norway.

RETURN/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return something, please include the filled return paper that you received with the parcel.
Or a note with your name, order number and name of the item/items you will send back 
so that we know who the parcel is from.
You may come to the store to return your order aswell.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item to a different size or a different item, you simply place a new order of what you want to exchange it for.
Once we have received your return item we will cancel the old order.

You as the customer always pay for the return shipping.

If you choose to return an item that cost under 1500 SEK and you have paid shipping for,
that fee still needs to be paid when you have returned the item. 

It is your responsibility to return the parcel to us and we therefore recommend that you always send the merchandise by registered mail/traceable package.
If there would be any problem with the package we must have a trackingnumber so we can track the package.

As a customer you have an open purchase for 14 days from when you collect your parcel and that also applies to items that are on sale. We do not accept returns beyond the open purchase time period.

We cannot waive the invoice/repay you until we have received the item, which should be unused and still have the price tag attached to it.

COMPLAINTS

You have the right to make a complaint about an item if it is be found faulty. Contact us first at order@elinmaria.se before sending the item back. 


CONFIDENTIALITY

Feel safe how we treat your personal information. We follow the law.
Your saved information with us, if you logged in and created a personal login, you can delete as logging in as a customer with your information and then request to be forgotten and also export your information. All this makes you easy when you log in and go to my pages. Do you have any questions please contact us.
 
We never give out your email address or information about you as a customer to any third party.

We do our outmost to reproduce all garments as well as possibly on the web shop.
Sometimes the computer settings might make it not quite the same colour and sometimes it might be difficult to get the right colour of the garments.
