Description
Aceto di Vino Rosso is made from Italian organic grapes from Emilia-Romagna, using the classic Sangiovese and Lambrusco varieties. With no added ingredients, it offers high acidity and a clean, authentic flavor.
Perfect for creating a traditional vinaigrette or for drizzling over a tomato or green salad – just like in Italy!
Vinegar is made by fermenting wine or cider, which results in a sharper and significantly more acidic taste compared to balsamic vinegar. It is often used as a dressing together with olive oil in salads (vinaigrette), and is also well suited for sauces, pickling, and for enhancing acidity in various dishes.
ORGANIC RED WINE VINEGAR
Ingredients: Red wine vinegar made from Italian organic grapes.
Storage: Preferably store in a dark and cool place, not above normal room temperature, and keep the bottle tightly closed.
Recycling: Sort as glass packaging. The cap should be sorted as plastic.
