Description
A slightly different balsamic vinegar, where the sweetness of caramelized onion pairs beautifully with the acidity of the balsamic. Smooth, rich in flavor, and very hard not to love.
I.G.P. certified and produced in Modena using Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes, typical of the Emilia-Romagna region, combined with onions from Lombardy. The product is organic and contains neither added sugar nor colorings, giving it a natural and authentic taste.
Perfect for use with grilled vegetables, all types of cheese, a delicious tagliata or risotto, salads, and excellent for marinades for meat. Or simply enjoyed together with one of Gridelli’s neutral olive oils and a piece of good bread.

Organic balsamic vinegar from Modena with caramelized onion.
Ingredients: Organic balsamic vinegar from Modena 90% (organic cooked grape must, organic wine vinegar), organic cooked grape must 3.5%, organic vinegar 2%, natural flavor of caramelized onion 4.5%.
Storage: Preferably store in a dark and cool place, not above room temperature, and keep the bottle tightly closed.
